The Gender development program has been undertaken since 2001 with a view to reduce the disparity between male and female in the society and to develop gender sensitive outlook in the field of activity of the Organization. The targeted population of the program is the Childrens, adolescents (male and female) of the area, parents and guardians, the social elites and volunteers.
