Women participation in Rural Legal System is very limited. They are also neglected in state-judiciary system due to lack of knowledge about violation, discrimination and family law. They cannot practice the protecting violation for illiteracy and practice legal practice concept, access in social justice, Economical empowerment and ensure equal position in Gender Responsive Approach to Women Human Rights and Economic Empowerment (GRAWHREE) has been implementing in Sharsha Upazilla under assistance of Unity for Social and Humn Action-USHA (Funded by MJF) since October 2008. To reduce the violence against women, arranging Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and providing required legal support in court cases is the main component of the Project. Besides this Shusamaj provide entrepreneurship training to downtrodden women.
