Activities of the said program was started with a view to change the socio-economic conditions of the rural poverty stricken people, especially the poorest women through inspiration to form social capital and to participate in the Income Generating Activities (IGA) and savings. The aimed mass people of the programme are the rural poor people especially women and technical skilled adolescents.

The grassroots group members are participating in the activities of other projects and benefited from the projects of Shusamaj Foundation. As a result, their concepts about sustainable development increased and participation of community people ensured in every level.
